MEATBALLS WITH SPAGHETTI

Ingredients used in MEATBALLS WITH SPAGHETTI
• Mutton - 300 grams.
• Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup.
• Garlic - 3 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Spaghetti - 150 grams.
• Water - 1 cup.
• Oil - 5 tablespoons.
• Olive oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 2 numbers.
• Bay leaf - 2 numbers.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Carrots (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Bell pepper (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Mixed herbs - 1 pinch.
• White pepper powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Shrimp paste - 1/2 cup.
• Parmesan cheese - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take mixie jar and blend boneless mutton pieces, transfer into a bowl.
  • Add bread crumbs, finely chopped garlic, salt to the same bowl and mix nicely.
  • Take a pan and boil water along with little salt and cook spaghetti in it. Strain water and keep side.
  • Take small dumpling of meat mixture and make round balls.
  • Heat oil with little olive oil in a pan, add meatballs and cook it on all sides.
  • To it, even add garlic, bay leaf, onion, salt, carrots, bell pepper, tomato, tomato puree, mixed herbs, white pepper powder and mix nicely and cook for 3 minutes on slow flame until tomatoes are nicely cooked.
  • Then add some water to it and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Take shrimp paste and slightly cook with little oil in a pan, transfer into a bowl.
  • Add spaghetti boiling water and cook it. Check for seasoning and switch off flame.
  • Take a serving plate and arrange spaghetti on top of it, add meatballs, shrimp paste.
  • Sprinkle little parmesan cheese and serve it.
