Ingredients used in Masala Cheese Cookies
• Egg yolk - 1 number.
• Cheese (grated) - 1 cup.
• Butter - 110 grams.
• Onion seeds (kalongi) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry powder - 1 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 150 grams.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • In a bowl add all purpose flour, curry powder, sesame seeds, onion seeds, butter, cheese mix it well, add egg yolk, kneed it like a dough.
  • Roll them into a thin sheet and sprinkle cumin seeds and once again roll it and cut them with the help of flower shape cutter, transfer them into a baking tray.
  • Bake them at 180c for 15 minutes.

Hi , Guess chef wud always suggest for 180C and 15 mins of time but chef pls update the time and temp..thank you..:)
