Ingredients used in Mahi Pakoda
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander leaves - 1 springs.
• Beasan - 2 tablespoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Lime - 1 numbers.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup.
• Sabudana papad - 1 numbers.
• Ajwain - 1 pinch.
• Baking pdr - 1/4 numbers.
• Deboned fish pieces - 250 grams.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Clean the fish pieces and keep aside.
  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Marinate the fish pieces in this mixture
  • Before frying apply the coating as desired.
  • Then deep fry the fish pieces in hot oil until golden brown.

Serve hot with sauce and lime
