Ingredients used in Leek Garlic soup
• Garlic - 7 numbers.
• Pepper - - to taste.
• Salt - - to taste.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Potato - 2 numbers.
• Leeks - 2 numbers.
• Water - 1 cup.
• Butter - - to fry.
1, In a pressure cooker add butter and when it melts add garlic pods, roughly chopped onions and potato and also the leek stem. save little leek leaf for garnish 2, now add salt and when the onion becomes transparent add water and pressure it. 3, after two whistles remove it and cool it 4, blend this in a blender 5, heat a pan add little butter and pour the content and make it hot 6, garnish with thin strips of leek leaves
