Ingredients used in kheer
• Basmati rice - 200 grams.
• Milk - 200 ml.
• Cardamon - 4 numbers.
• Badam - 10 numbers.
• Cahewnut - 10 numbers.
1. Grind the basmati rice in the mixer. the rice should not be Grinded smooth. it should be Grinded half done. 2. Grind the badam and cashew nut also. not a smooth paste. 3. Boil the milk in an pan. 4. Add the cardamom and the Grinded rice to the hot milk. 5. Stir the content continuously. 6.Once the rice is boiled , add the Grinded badam and cashew nut. 7. Now turn off the flame and allow enough time to cool and then serve.
