Ingredients used in jhatpat maggi wadas
• Basan (chana flour) - half cup small.
• Maggi noodles - 1 pack numbers.
• Oil - to fry.

cook maggi noodles dry or thick (drain access water) . let it cool . add basan to noodles to make the batter thick . make round balls of the mixture. now heat oil in a pan . deep fry the balls on a medium flame. fry the balls till crispy . ready to eat. server with tamato sauce or chutney.
