Ingredients used in instant methi chicken
• Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Tomato catchup - 2 tablespoons.
• Length wise cut green chilli - 2 numbers.
• Fresh ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Medium onion (cut in to rings) - 2 numbers.
• Chicken - 200 grams.
• Crushed kasoori methi - 1 tablespoons.
• Cubes of bell pepper - 1/2 cup.
• Cube os onion - 1/2 cup.
• Butter - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
Method: 1. Heat oil , put onion with green chilli and let it get pink. Now add ginger garlic paste. 2. Mix it well and put chili powder, coriander powder ,salt , kasuri methi. 3. Now add chicken and cover it on low heat. 4.When chicken is cooked add tomato ketchup. And let it cook (openly) in low heat. 5. Wait till the oil is separate ,add little water (2 tbsp) and cook it for 3-4 minutes more. 6. Now heat butter in a separate pan, when it is smokey hot, add cubes of green pepper and onion. once it is saute, add chicken in to it. 7. serve it on hot sizzling tray.
