Drain chickpeas amp; set aside from can.
Combine remaining ingredients in blender / food processor.
Add 1/4 cup of liquid from chickpeas, salt amp; lemon juice 2 taste.
Blend for 3-5 min on low until thoroughly mixed amp; smooth
Place in serving bowl,amp;create shallow well in the center of the HUMMUS
Add a small amount (1-2tbls) of olive oil in the well.
Garnish with parsley (optional)
serve immediately with fresh, toasted pita bread/kuboos, /coveramp;refrigerat
