Fish Fingers Fish fingers are a popular dish in the children’s menu at many restaurants that can be prepared by just baking, grilling, and shallow frying or deep fried. This homemade, easy to fry, fat free fish finger is the most simple & best snack that is easy to make. They are crispy crust and tender, flaky fish on the inside. You must try making this snack at least once which will automatically have you finger licking and I bet you'll never buy fish sticks again! The fish fillet are cut into finger sizes, coated with spices and rolled over bread crumbs mixed with a teaspoon of oil and desiccated coconut coated over to give a nice crispness and flavour.
This is fried in Philips air fryer for just about 7-10 minutes and your Fish fingers are ready to eat. Extremely healthy and yummy snack, cholesterol free, hardly fried in just 1 tsp of oil yet truly crispy, soft and pleasant to eat. Fish Fish is an important and staple food in the coastal regions of India which is available in abundance and cooked in various ways. They are also good sources of vitamin D and niacin.
