HEALTHY POTATO WEDGES

Ingredients used in HEALTHY POTATO WEDGES
• Potato - 3-4 numbers.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Pepper (crushed) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oregano - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Cut the potatoes into wedges, put them in a boiling water cook it till 70% cooked.
  • In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, crushed pepper, oregano, salt, butter mix it well.
  • Potatoes drain in a colander and add to all purpose flour mixture, toss together so all the wedges are coated with the flour.
  • Arrange the potato wedges in upwards in a silicon sheet or baking tray and bake them in high temperature for 40 minutes.

Serve th is with tomato ketchup.
