Ingredients used in grinded spinach
• Red chilly - 3 numbers.
• Oil - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - 1 to taste.
• Water - 1 cup.
• Tomato - 1 cup.
• Onion - 1 cup.
• Spinach - 1 bunch.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
1.Wash spinach and tomato 2.Cut spinach,tomato,onion and put in pressure cooker or heavy bottom pan. 3.pour water, and put salt and keep it for 4 whistle (if u prepare in pan cook till all vegetables get cook) 4.drain excess water.Then put the vegetables in mixy and grind it till you get smooth paste. 5.In pan take 1tsp oil and put red chilly and cumin seeds.once red chilly colour changed pour it in the spinach paste. Ideal for hot boiled rice.
