I never thought to brown a chicken over an open flame. Great idea. The one change I would make is to use stock rather than water. Other than that, this dish looks excellent.

@isaaccontractor No, that is a myth. There's no scientific evidence for that. In fact there's research done to suggest that it prevents inflammation and may stop ulcers from forming.
