Ingredients used in GOBI AND ALOO FRITTATA
• Oil - as required.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Onion (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Bell pepper (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Red chili flakes - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cauliflower (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Boiled potato cubes - 1 cup.
• Spring onions (chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Eggs - 2 numbers.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onion, green chillies, bell pepper, red chili flakes, chopped cauliflower, salt and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add boiled potato cubes, chopped spring onions and saute it later cook it.
  • Beat 2 eggs in a bowl with little salt. Pour this mixture on top of above vegetable pan.
  • Place lid and cook it on slow flame until it is done. Cover it with a serving plate and flip it over.

Now cut into pieces and serve it hot.

The only reason for me disliking it coz frittata has cheese, more of eggs n specially the vegetables r definitely not boiled.., u put child of potatoes.. I'm a huge fan of yours and your husband's cooking but this dish .. ?????
