Recipe: Fried Makhana Quick Home Snack
- Makhana - 1 cup
- Ghee - 2 tsp
- Cashew nuts - ¼ cup
- Curry leaves powder - 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Add ghee in a hot pan and when it melts, add cashew nut (cut into halves) and makhana.
- Stir continuously until they turn slightly golden in color.
- Add some dry curry leaves powder, red chilli powder and salt.
- Mix the spices well and transfer the fried makhana into a plate.
- Serve hot and crisp.
