Ingredients used in Fish Fry
• Spring onions - .
• Ginger garlic paste - teaspoons.
• Onions - 1 big.
• Fish fillet - 1 lbs.
• Coriander leaves - .
• Garam masala - .
Method:
season the fish with salt and a little pepper powder and steam the fish for approximately 10 minutes. Pour oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and onions and fry till golden brown. Now add the steamed fish in the onions, add a little cut spring onions, fry for 2 minutes and now add garam masala powder and garnish with coriander leaves.
