Ingredients used in eggless cake
• Dry fruits and cherry - to taste.
• Condensed milk - 2 cup.
• Eno - 2 teaspoons.
• Baking powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Makai aata,all purpose flour,suji equal raio - 2 cup.
• Coconut powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Milk - 3 cup.
Method:
all dry things mix together properly by any convinent method.keep aside.kake mik little hot sothat milkmaid can be properly mixed in it .take little dry flour and mix dry fruit nuts in it and keep aside.now take big bowl and put all maida and suji etc.make big hole in center and put milkmaid mixture in it. wait for 7 mintues till milk disappeared from center.now with the help of forg mix it properly.the consistencey should be like a pakora.now mix eno in it stir well. you can make it in oven or microoven.for microoven keep 12mintues and for oven ,Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place tin inside. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes or until golden.Poke with a skewer and check. Cool a little. Invert on wire rack. Cool completely before doing icing if any. Serve warm with any tea.

Additionally, it boosts both taste and texture that assist in raising the cake, but vegetarians don't worry because there are a variety of egg substitutes where they are able to use condensed milk or any egg substitute powder. Even though eggs are an essential ingredient to produce sponge cakes, it can also be made without eggs.

 

As suggested by its name the eggless sponge cake is made without eggs and it is very spongy, if you press the crust it springs back. Its spongy texture is used in making gateaux, pastries in which the cake soaks the fruit juices and helps to make the dessert extremely soft to eat. The sponge texture is accomplished by making the mixture properly aerated which can be accomplished by beating but simultaneously over beating can also spoil the cake.

 

Eggless sponge cake is a versatile cake by itself or also is a base for several fillings such as the Black forest cake, pineapple pastries, chocolate pastries etc. This cake is used for making numerous desserts and therefore has its own importance.

Recipe is first class. but i want to try it. i have 800watts microwave oven with adjustment of low, medium, high, defrost. So, as you told in video, it should be kept for 15min at 400 Fahrenheit. please guide me how long should i keep the mixture in
