EGG ROLLED STUFFED WITH MINCED MEAT

Ingredients used in EGG ROLLED STUFFED WITH MINCED MEAT
• Boneless mutton - 250 kg.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Red chilly powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Fresh cream - 1-2 tea spoon.
• Chickpea flour - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Boiled egg - 1 number.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  1. Take a mixie jar add boneless mutton and blend it.
  2. To it add ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, cream and mix nicely.
  3. Add chickpea flour and mix it.
  4. Cut boiled egg into 4 pieces and coat it with mince meat mixture and deep fry in hot oil on medium flame initially later on high flame until it is cooked completely.Cut fried egg into pieces.

Now ready to serve with hot.
