EGG LESS CAKE (WHEAT FLOUR)

Ingredients used in EGG LESS CAKE (WHEAT FLOUR)
• Baking powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • First mix the wheat flour and butter and beat them.Slowly add the sugar and oil. Blend all the ingredients until they mix well.
  • Add some water if needed. Now add the baking powder and mix well.
  • Add the essence and mix it. Apply some oil to the baking sheet and pour all the cake mix into the sheet.
  • Pre-heat the oven at 350 c. Place the baking sheet in the oven for 40 mins.
  • Insert a tooth pick into the cake to check whether is done or not. Let it cool for some time .

EGGLESS CAKE IS READY!!!!

to bake i use gas cooker in which tre is no temperature reading so how should i maintain temperature...........everytime wen ever i bake cake i pre heat the oven in medium flame for 10 min then place the cake inside and bake for 35 minutes in middle
