Ingredients used in Dipped Cherry Cookies
• Cherry - 10 grams.
• All purpose flour - 150 grams.
• Lemon essence - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Nut meg powder - 1 pinch.
• Sugar powder - 20 grams.
• Table butter - 70 grams.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Lemon rind - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
In a bowl add table butter, sugar, cream it, add nut meg powder, lemon essence, lemon rind, half a beaten egg, mix it and add all purpose flour mix this like a soft dough. Take rolling pin with the help of dry flour roll out like a thin sheet, add some cherries on the top of the sheet, roll it once again and cut them with the help of cookies cutter, arrange them on the baking tray and bake them at 180 c for 15 minutes.
