| • Fenugreek powder - 1/4 teaspoons. | |
| • Dried red chilli - 2 numbers. | |
| • Grated coconut - 3/4 cup. | |
| • Shallots - 4-5 numbers. | |
| • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons. | |
| • Mustard - 1/2 teaspoons. | |
| • Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons. | |
| • Green chilli - 3-4 numbers. | |
| • Tomato - 1 numbers. | |
| • Curd - 3/4 cup. | |
| • Cucumber - 1 numbers. | |
| • Curry leaves - 1 springs. | |
| • Oil - . | |
| • Water - . | |
| • Salt - to taste. |
Cut the cucumber in to medium cubes .Cook the cucumber ,green chillies,shallots,turmeric powder,tomato and salt in 1 cup of water.Cook till the cucumber get transparent.Meanwhile grind the grated coconut,curd and cumin seeds to a very fine paste.Add this paste to the cooked cucumber.Let it cook till the gravy become thick.Remove it from the flame. Heat oil in a pan,add dried red chilli,mustard seeds,fenugreek powder and curry leaves.And saute it for a minute.Add this to the cooked cucumber immediately.Serve it with rice.
