CUCUMBER AND LEMON TADKA DAL

Ingredients used in CUCUMBER AND LEMON TADKA DAL
• Cucumber - 2 numbers.
• Toor dal - 1 cup.
• Lemon - 3 numbers.
• Dry red chillies - 3 numbers.
• Hing powder - pinch.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - pinch.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Salt as per taste - 0.
• Water as required - 0.
Method:

1.First take the Cucumber and cut into a small pieces.

2.Then add a pinch of salt and lemon juice and mix it well and put aside.

3.Take a pan add oil, mustard seeds,dry red chillies,cumin seeds,

chopped garlic,chopped onions,pinch of turmeric and mix it nicely.

4.Then add a pinch of hing,curry leaves and chopped green chillies

then add chopped Cucumber pieces.

5.Add salt as per taste and a little bit of water.

6.Saute all these nicely for 2 mins.

7.Then add 1tbsp of butter,then add boiled toor dal.

8.Put on lid and saute it nicely for 3 mins.

9.Then sprinkle the coriander leaves and serve in a bowl with Rice.
