Ingredients used in Cream of tomato
• Salt & pepper - to taste.
• Cashews - 5 numbers.
• Baby carrots - 2 numbers.
• Medium sized onion - 1 numbers.
• Ripe big tomatoes - 5 numbers.
• Cilantro - 5 springs.
• Water - 500 ml.

Cut the vegetables in to halves and cook in boiling water for about 10 minutes on a closed lid along with casews Churn this in a mixi and sieve using a colander Add salt and pepper and add water to attain the desired consistency Heat this mixture for 4-5 minutes, garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot
