Recipe: Cream of Cauliflower
- Cauliflower florets - 1 cup
- Potato - 1 no
- Onion, chopped - 1 no
- Garlic, chopped - 3 nos
- Carrot - 1 no
- Butter - 2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 2 tsp
- Milk - 2 tbsp
- Cream - 2 tsp
- Nutmeg powder - pinch
- Heat a pan and add butter, chopped garlic, onion, salt and sauté well.
- Add carrot and potato pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cauliflower florets, pepper powder and add some water.
- Cook till they become soft and get make into a fine paste.
- To it add milk, fresh cream, nutmeg and mix well.
- Serve hot
