Ingredients used in CORN GRILL SANDWICH
• Butter - 1/2 cup.
• Sweetcorn - 1 cup.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cheese - 1/2 cup.
• Bread slices - 4 slice.
• Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup.
Method:
Add little butter in a hot pan and add sweet corn, pepper powder, salt and sauté it for a minute. Transfer it to a bowl then add cheese and mix it properly. Now take the bread slice and apply mayonnaise on it then stuff the corn mixture and add some cheese on top of it. Now keep the other bread slice on it and spread butter on it. Take this to the bread grill cum toaster and keep in it for 2-3 minutes for grilling. Once its grilled take it out and cut into small triangles or pieces and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
