CORN AND SPINACH SOUFFLE

Ingredients used in CORN AND SPINACH SOUFFLE
• Corn - 1 cup.
• Spinach(chopped) - 2 bunch.
• Butter - 1/2 cup.
• Chopped garlic - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions finely chopped - 1 number.
• Nutmeg grated - 1 pinch.
• All-purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Eggs - 3 numbers.
• Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Milk - 1-2 cups.
• Parmesan cheese powder/cheddar cheese powder - 3-4 teaspoons.
Method:
  • In hot pan add butter, garlic, finely chopped onions, grated nutmeg and saute it.
  • Now add all-purpose flour and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
  • Then add Corn, pepper, salt and in a simmer flame add milk then mix it.
  • Add spinach and increase the flame to cook till water oozes out.
  • After that add grated powdered cheese then switch off the flame and add egg yolks and mix it nicely.
  • Now this mixture is ready and transfer into a blender and blend it.
  • In a bowl add egg whites and whisk it till it turns into peaks form.
  • Now transfer blended mixture into a bowl and add in this bread crumbs, beaten egg whites and mix it nicely.
  • Then transfer into bowls and keep it into a oven.
  • Bake at 180° for 15-17 minutes or until done.

Now the Souffle is ready to eat.
