Ingredients used in Confetti Scramble
• Eggs - 8 numbers.
• Butter - 1 tablespoons.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Onion diced - 1 numbers.
• Red pepper diced - 1 numbers.
• Green pepper diced - 1 numbers.
• Salt and pepper - to taste.
• Milk - 1/2 cup.
• Corn fresh or canned - 1 cup.
Method:

1.heat the butter mixed with oil ;fry the onion till it turns pink; add the peppers and cook for a minute.

2.beat the eggs with seasoning and the milk blend well.

3.pour the eggs over the vegetables in the pan mix well add the corn and cook for a few seconds.

4.serve hot with bread.
