CLEAR SOUP WITH CHICKEN BALLS

Ingredients used in CLEAR SOUP WITH CHICKEN BALLS
• Chicken stock - 1-2 cup.
• Chicken mince - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Corn flour - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Dill leaves(chopped) - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Spring onions(chopped) - 1 numbers.
• Oil - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Heat a pan, add chicken stock and boil it.
  • Take a plate, add chicken mince, a little salt, pepper powder, corn flour and mix nicely.
  • Slightly grease your hands with oil and make small dumpling and drop into boiling chicken stock.
  • Once it is cooked transfer chicken balls into serving bowl and top it with few dill leaves and chopped spring onions.
  • On its top pour the boiled soup and serve it hot.
