Ingredients used in Chilli Masala Potatoes
• Spring onions (finely chopped) - 4 number.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Garlic (chopped) - 3 number.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Baby potato - 250 grams.
• Amchur powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilies (slited) - 4 number.
• Bell pepper (red, yellow, green) - 1 number.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
Method:
  • Heat a pan, add cumin seeds, garlic, butter, turmeric powder, salt, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and mix it.
  • Then add chopped spring onions, chopped coriander leaves to the same pan, cook this till they are roasted.
  • To it, even add amchur powder, green chilies, bell pepper (red, yellow and green), mix it well for about a minute.
  • At last, add baby potato (boiled cut them in to half with the skin on) toss it and reduce the flame, cook with closed lid for 2 minutes.
