Ingredients used in Chilli Chicken
• Fresh coriander leaves(finely chopped) - .
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Chilli sauce - 3 tablespoons.
• Green chillies(sliced) - 10-15 numbers.
• Onions(finely chopped) - 3 large.
• Chicken - 1000 grams.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons.
• Food color(optional) - pinch.
Method:

1.Heat oil,add finely chopped onions and sort till they are golden brown. 2.Put ginger garlic paste. 3.Add Chicken pieces,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt,sort till chicken coats well. 4.Then add enough water to just cover the chicken. Place a lid on the pan and bring to boil. Reduce to medium heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until the chicken is 3/4th cooked. 5.Now add chilli sauce,green chillies and little bit food color to it.When the chicken is almost done sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves on the top and switch off the flame and add lemon juice. Chilli chicken is ready to be served straight away but tastes even better the next day!
