This quick and easy recipe. It's perfect for a family dinner at home or to take along on a picnic.

1. Brane chicken in salt water. 2. Slice big potato and place in water and keep aside. 3. Take a bowl, add corn flour, all purpose flour, turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilly powder, cumin powder, red chilly paste, sugar, mix nicely using water to make a thick batter. 4. Remove potato slices from water and place the chicken piece in center and insert toothpick in the middle. 5. Dip in above batter with help of toothpick and deep fry in hot oil, 6. Once it is slightly cooked remove into a plate. 7. Again fry in medium hot oil until it is cooked and crispy. 8. Transfer into plate and arrange in serving plate and sprinkle chat masala. 9. Now chicken potato crispy is ready to serve.
