Marinate 2 lbs of rinsed and patted dry chicken breast pieces in 1 tbsp garlic and 1 tsp black pepper powder for 15 mins. Add salt to taste.
Place the pan in the oven and roast the chicken for 20 to 30 minutes till the chicken piece edges turn a little dark in color. Take one piece and cut it a little to be sure that the chicken is properly cooked on the inside.
Serve it with lemon pieces.
