Ingredients used in CHEESE SEV
• Chickpea flour - 1 cup.
• Rice flour - 1/2 cup.
• Cheese spread - 1/4 cup.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 1 to fry.
• Black salt - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add chick pea flour, rice flour, cheese spread, pepper powder, little salt and mix it nicely.
  • To it add water and make the sticky dough.
  • Transfer into sev machine.
  • In the hot oil place the sev from the machine and cook it for 1 minute.
  • Transfer it into paper towel and sprinkle black salt, later crush it.

Now the cheese sev is ready to serve.
