Recipe of Cheese Lings – Recipe with Philips Airfryer:
All-purpose flour – 1 cup
Baking pd - 1 tsp
Salt – pinch
Chilli pd - ¼ tsp
Butter – 1 tsp
Cheese, grated – 1 tbsp
Water – few drops
- In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, baking powder, pinch of salt, chilli powder, butter, grated cheese and mix well (like short crust method).
- Add few drops of water in the flour mixture and make stiff dough.
- Just knead the dough for a while. Sprinkle some flour on the table and with help of a rolling pin, roll the dough into a thin sheet.
- Cut them into desired shapes.
- Preheat the Philips airfryer at 180 degree C for 3 mins.
- Pull out the basket and drop in the Cheese lings and air fry them for 5 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, pull out the basket; toss them and air-fry again for about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove and serve hot with sauce.
