Ingredients used in Cheese Lings
• All-purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Baking powder - ½ tea spoon.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Chili powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Cheese(grated) - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt, chili powder, butter, grated cheese and mix well (like short crust method).
  • Add few drops of water in the flour mixture and make a stiff dough.
  • Just knead the dough for a while. Sprinkle some flour on the table and with help of a rolling pin, roll the dough into a thin sheet.
  • Cut them into desired shapes.
  • Preheat the Philips air fryer at 180 degrees C for 3 minutes.
  • Pull out the basket and drop in the Cheese lings and air fry them for 5 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes, pull out the basket; toss them and air-fry again for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove and serve hot with sauce.
