Ingredients used in cauliflower-65
• Curry leaves - 10 numbers.
• Green chillies - 6 numbers.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 2 teaspoons.
• Cumin powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Cauliflower florets - 1 bunch.
• Salt - 1 teaspoons.
• Corn flour - 3 tablespoons.
• Red colour - 1 pinch.
• Water - 5 cup.
Take 5 cups of water and little salt in a bowl. Warm the water in the microwave for 2 minutes. Add cauliflower florets to it. Allow them to stay for 1 minute and drain this water. Now add salt, cumin powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cornflour and oil to the florets. Add few drops of water so that the cornflour coats the florets well. Now leave the florets for only 2 minutes( if u leave longer time the entire recipe doesnt taste good) . Then fry these florets in the oil. Later split the green chillies, fry the chillies and curry leaves in the oil. Decorate these florets with fried curry leaves and green chillies. Even you can use cashewnuts. Serve hot.
