cut the coconut into small pieces..
keep the pan n put one teaspoon of jeera and sesame dry roast it well and make it as a powder
again put some oil in the pan n fry the carrot pieces, garlic, green chilli
add all the ingredients in a mixer grinder with the above prepared powder add tamarind n salt to taste, grind well
seson with mustard n curry leaves. now the carrot chutney is ready.
this chutney can b eaten with dosa, idli, upma and vada and it is healthy too since it contains carrot.
