Ingredients used in Broccoli curry
• Broccoli - 2 bunch.
• Corriander powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - 1 tea spoon.
• Chili powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Urad dal - 2 teaspoons.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Wash and cut broccoli into small florets.
  • Take a large pan, add oil. Now add mustard seeds. After spluttering add urad dal.
  • Then add the cut florets and salt. cover and cook in medium high flame until it cooks fully and becomes soft.
  • Now add corriander and chili powder. Mix nicely. Cover and cook in low flame for further 3 to 4 minutes.

Serve hot with chapathi/roti.

they r delicious soup and chutny are yummy .my hubby brought home broccoili but i had see mostly in salads so i though how to eat it i dont like salad then my friend told me about varehvah ,immediatly i checked it and i tried every thing ............
