A different snack with bread..which is healthy and very easy to make with basic ingredients at home!!.. ALL THE MOTHERS..PLEASE TRY THIS..I AM SURE KIDS WILL LOVE IT

1. Mix Suji, curd and salt into a thick batter ( like the batter we make for idlis) and add salt. 2.Mix all the vegetables in the batter and keep it aside at least for half an hour so that the suji and curd gets absorbed properly. 3.Take a piece of bread and put the mix on top of it and spread it over. 4.Take a flat pan and heat it on medium flame.Put some butter on the pan initially before placing the bread to fry. 5.Now put the bread which is spread with the mix on the pan and put some butter on all the four sides and little bit even on top of the mix so that it gets nice color and flavor. 6.Cover the pan with a glass lid.This helps in binding the mix with the bread so that when we turn the bread to fry it does not drip and stick to the bread perfectly. 7.Remove the glass lid and the slowly with help of spatula flip the bread at once and again fry the other side same way by covering with the lid.( Now you have lower the flame little otherwise the batter might remain little raw ) 8.You can check if the side has been cooked well by just putting the spatula and trying to flip.If it comes easily that means it has been cooked other wise wait for few seconds it will be done. 9.Try the same thing with other bread pieces too and just garnish with coriander and Chaat powder. 10.Serve hot with tomato sauce! -----------------------------------------------End---------------------------------------------------------
