Bottle gourd peanut in tangy gravy has spicy flavors from dry red chilies and tangy flavor from the tomatoes and tamarind. This can be served for rice or roti

1. Roast the tomatoes and onion directly on the flame or place it on the pulka maker(mesh). 2. Place the tomatoes in water and remove the peel of onion and tomatoes. 3. Take a pan and add coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, dry red chillies, sesame seeds, tamarind and dry roast it and transfer it into a blender and blend it. 4. Add tomatoes, onions and blend it again into a smooth paste. 5. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, bottle gourd, ground nuts and place the lid and cook it for 5 min on slow flame. 6. Now add smooth masala, water and check for seasoning. 7. Add salt and boil it for 5 mins and add sugar, coriander leaves. 8. Now the gravy is ready to serve with rice.
