Ingredients used in BOTTLE GOURD CHUTNEY
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 7 cloves.
• Bottle gourd - 1 number.
• Ground nut - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Amchur powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Green chillies - 10-15 numbers.
Method:
Heat oil a pan and add cumin seeds, garlic, bottle gourd, ground nut, salt, coriander leaves and saute it. Switch off flame and add amchur powder, allow it to rest for some time. Transfer into mixie jar and blend into coarse paste. *Now bottle gourd chutney is ready to serve.*
