Ingredients used in Boondi Curry
• Salt - 1 teaspoons.
• Jeera, cumin - 1 pinch.
• 1 onion, 3 green chillies - 1 big.
• Curry leaves - 20 piece.
Water(1 cup Boondi:1 cups of Water) 1 small chopped onion 1 tsp cumin 20 leaf curry leaves 3 piece gr chillies 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1 tbsp oil or butter 2 tbsp peanuts 1 pinch salt 1 bag Boondi (Haldiram#39;s Normal(Not Raita Boondi)) add oil in a heavy pan ,add mustard seeds,cumin and add channadal ,peanutsand saute till they are cooked add urad wash, add chopped chillies curry leaves add salt and water bring it to boil add Boondi slowly stirring continously so to avoid lumps mix well when all moisture is absorbed cover for 5 min and serve hot with Rice.

This will nt be tasty only with the water... if u add tomatoes then u ll have a great taste
