Ingredients used in Biscuits- Spicy
• Lemon juice - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Margarine - 1 stricks.
• Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Salt - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Sugar - 1/4 .
• Coriander leaves/ cilantro - 1/2 cup.
• Green chilli - 8 numbers.
• All purpose flour - 1 1/2 cup.
• Water - 1 teaspoons.
• Ajwan - optional .
• Cumin - optional .
• Pepper - optional .
Mix all the dry ingredients first. Chop green chillies and coriander leaves. Mix all together. Make a dough similar to chapati dough in consistency. Kneed well. Make small balls. Flatten them a little. Arrange them on a non stick baking sheet. Pre heat the oven to 325* F. Bake for 20 mins. After it is done, flip them over and bake for another 15-20 mins. Adjust the baking time so that biscuits are golden brown on both sides.
