Ingredients used in bhindi chatny
• Salt - 1/2 spoon .
• Coriander - 10 springs.
• Tomato - 1 numbers.
• Green chilli - 1 numbers.
• Garlic - 10 piece.
• Bhindi - 1 lbs.
• Sugar - 1 /2 spoon .
Method:
1. cut bhindi into small round picies 2. fry them in oil well 3. fry green chilli well 4. also fry the tomato 5. in your dink chik ding a. first put green chili amp;garlic crush it upto 75% b. after add salt ,tomato , bhindi. c. again crush it till the bhindi divids into 4 picies d. add sugar , coriander e. mix well. note: sugar , green chili upto u r taste
