• Green chili paste (made in food processer) - 1 teaspoons.
• Kalonji - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Chicken full breast pieces - 2 piece.
• White pepper - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons.
• Mango achar masala (take masala from achar bottle) - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
1. Take chicken breasts and cut into 2 inch pieces. 2.Take round red chillies and grind coarsely to flakes in a grinder. Keep aside. 3. Take green chillies and make paste in grinder or food processer. Keep aside. 4. Take meithi dana and grind in a grinder. 5. Take oil in frying pan and add ginger garlic paste, kalonji, green chilli paste, meithi dana powder,saunf, red chilli flakes. Fry lightly so that aroma is released from spices. DO NOT OVER FRY. 6. Take the fried spices into a plate and mix the remaining spices in it. 7. Apply the marination on chicken pieces. Set aside. 8. Take a baking try and cover it with foil. 9. Place the chicken pieces on the tray at a distance of 2 inches in between. 10.Pre heat oven at 300 degree centigrade for 20 min. 11. Place the baking tray inside the oven and cook for around 25-30 min. 12. Check if the chicken is tender by inserting a fork inside the pieces. 13. When the chicken is tender and is golden brown (like BBQ), take it out and serve with kachumar salad.
