Ingredients used in Basen Poora
• Ginger corriander - 2 to taste.
• Zeera rye kalongi - 2 pinch.
• Spring onions - 4 numbers.
• Wheat germ - 1 cup.
• Basen - 2 cup.
• Curd - 2 cup.
Not a new dish. But addition of wheat germ makes is more nutritious. All items in a pot. Pour curd. Make soft batter. Add milk/water till it is flowing like a dosa batter. Heat tava. Make it like an omelette or a thick dosa. Medoum heat. Basen ( 22% protein) plus Whet Germ ( 26% protein) make is very tasty, crispy, high nutrition snack or Sunday meal. Good for breakfast.
