Author : Vahchef
Main Ingredient : Banana

Published date : November 01, 2016

Ingredients used in Banana Skin Sabji
• Chilli powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Cumin-coriander powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Gram flour - 100 grams.
• Chopped garlic - 2 clove.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Banana skin - 3/4 big.
• Turmeric - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
1. Add some oil in a pan (can be optional if you really want a low fat diet. In that case make sure your pan is hot enough). Add mustard seeds. 2. Once the mustard seeds sputter, add the chopped garlic. 3. Add banana skin (chopped of course). 4. Let it cook for a while (till soft). Stir occasionally. 5. Mix the gram flour, cumin-coriander powder, chilli powder. Turmeric and salt separately. 6. When the banana skin is cooked properly add the above mixture to it 7. Cook for some time.. Occasionally, tasting it to check if the gram flour has lost its raw flavour. 8. Valllah ...Done ... 9. Serve with Bread or Chapattis.... P.S: Surprise everybody by collecting the banana skins from them for their dinner.... lolz
