Ingredients used in Baked Fried Chicken
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Hot paprika - 1 teaspoons.
• Parmesan cheese - grated - 1/2 cup.
• Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup.
• Chicken legs - 6 numbers.
• Dried oregano - 1 tablespoons.
• Flour - 1/2 cup.
Method:
Wash and dry chicken legs. Add salt, pepper, paprika and dried oregano and set aside for an hour. Mix the bread crumbs and parmesan together and set aside. Beat the Egg with 2 tblsp of water and set aside. Season the flour with salt and pepper and set aside. Preheat the oven to 180C Dip the chicken legs in flour and shake off any excess then egg wash and then the breadcrumbs with Parmesan mix. Lay them on a baking tray lines with paper. Spray a little cooking spray on them and then bake in the oven for one hour at 180C. Turning once or twice if needed. Enjoy!!
