- Take boiled potatoes in a bowl, sprinkle salt, mash them and keep aside.
- Prepare dough by using all-purposeflour, a pinch of salt, oil, water andlet it rest.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds when splutter add cumin seeds, curry leaves, turmeric powder, green chillies,red chilli powder, coriander powder, garammasala powder, salt, mashed potatoesand saute well.
- Now take same portions of dough, stuff with potato mixture, rollthem tosmall puris and deep fry into the hot oil.
Hot and Delicious Aloo Puris are now ready to serve.
