Ingredients used in Aloo Puri - Potato poori
• Potato - 250 grams.
• All-purpose flour/maida - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
• Water - as required.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Turmeric powder/pisi haldi - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 3 number.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take boiled potatoes in a bowl, sprinkle salt, mash them and keep aside.
  • Prepare dough by using all-purposeflour, a pinch of salt, oil, water andlet it rest.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds when splutter add cumin seeds, curry leaves, turmeric powder, green chillies,red chilli powder, coriander powder, garammasala powder, salt, mashed potatoesand saute well.
  • Now take same portions of dough, stuff with potato mixture, rollthem tosmall puris and deep fry into the hot oil.

Hot and Delicious Aloo Puris are now ready to serve.
