Pulao Rice 225 Grams
Clarified Butter 50 Grams
Sugar 200 Grams
Cashewnuts 30 Grams
Pistachio Nuts 15 Grams
Cream 30 Grams
Saffron a Pinch

Directions

1. Wash, soak and drain rice.2,Heat half clarified butter and fry rice.

5. keep in the ovenor with  live coal on the lid.
