Vegetable Jalfrezi is an amazing dish made with a combination of various vegetables and spices. Traditionally cooked like a stew with green chillies, the dish can be prepared from medium to very hot in taste

Recipe of Vegetable jalfrezi

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
mixed boiled vegetable(french beans,potatoes,green peas,and carrots  3 Cup
Onions  2 Big
tomatoes  2 Big
ginger  small oz
green chillies  1 Big
chilly powder  1teaspoon
sugar  1/2teaspoon
salt according to taste  
ghee  2tablespoon
garam masala  1/2teaspoon
green bell pepper(chopped)  1 cup

1. Chop the onions, tomatoes and cilantro separately.
2. Make paste of ginger and green chillies
3. Heat the ghee in vessel and fry the onions till golden brown,then add paste
4. Now add tomatoes and cook for a minute, then add boiled vegetables and green bell pepper.
5. Add chilly powder, salt, garam masala and pinch sugar.
6. Cook for 5 min and garnish with copped cilantro.
7. Serve hot.
