Hi sanjay, your website is the best so far, I like the way you desmonstrate how to cook, you are very inspiring, I have learnt so much from you and i wish my mum was alive & the first thing she would have done would have been the "Idli" We are from Mauritius and Idli has completly vanished by the time I was born. My mum always wanted to eat idli and she never got the chance and yet i managed to do it with your precious help. Thanks a million for creating such a wonderful cooking site.

you could not have given us an easier way to make this biriyani . I inrtend trying it out. I was looking out for your kacchi Biriyani recipe.
I also would like to know what grinder will grind fresh coconut fine. I had one in India which was good for grinding coconut chutney. It was a vijay chutney grinder. I like your videos very much. You are a good teacher, sanjay. thanks

Greetings Vahchef,
I have discovered this website just a few weeks ago and tried most of your chicken curries. I really appreciate all the effort. Keep on doing great things
